Kristina Dousharm Architecture is an architectural studio in located in New York’s beautiful Hudson Valley. Founded in 2014 as a neighborhood architecture studio, KDA has expanded to a team of 10+ passionate and forward-thinking architects and associates. In the growing Hudson Valley region, KDA has become a local leader in residential, commercial, and hospitality related architectural and interior design.

KDA strives to produce complete and accurate Construction Documentation, finely tuned to local building best-practice and Codes, that facilitate the project’s timeline, budget and quality expectations.  Our aim is to be refreshing with our ability to promote critical-path focused action, flexibility and expertise during all phases of the projects.

Furthermore, KDA embraces the uniqueness of every project with deep respect for our client’s personalities and lifestyles, which are integral inspirations to our design process. The results are spaces that are as personal as they are practical.
